Ashton Violent Fight, Ashton Kutcher allegedly got into a violent altercation while at a country music festival this weekend.
On Saturday, the 35-year-old actor was in the VIP area at the Stagecoach music festival in Indio, Calif., when a female fan approached him to say hello. When he went to shake her hand, that’s when things took a turn for the worse.
Kutcher got into a melee with a security guard who intervened and shoved both the “Two and a Half Men” star and the fan. Kutcher and the guard reportedly engaged in a violent shoving match until the actor’s friends restrained him and he eventually left. Eyewitnesses told TMZ the security guard is to blame for the scuffle.
Local authorities had not gotten wind of Kutcher’s altercation before it was reported in the media.
“The first I heard about it was from four local television stations that found out from TMZ,” Indio police spokesman Benjamin Guitron told City News Service. “However, if anyone wants to make a police report about this incident we will definitely follow up and investigate it.”
A representative for the actor could not immediately be reached for comment.
Kutcher did not seem to let the melee get in the way of his having a good time. He continued to tweet photos from the front row at the festival on Sunday.
The former “That ’70s Show” actor has long been a fan of country music, but that fandom was questioned by Miranda Lambert who thought Kutcher was making fun of country music when he presented her with an award during the Academy of Country Music Awards last April. The two put their feud to rest the following month when Lambert conceded that Kutcher is a true fan.
